Therapy
Questions we often get asked
Q1: How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like something needs to change—but you’re not sure how to move forward—that’s when therapy can help. You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to be open to the process.
Q2: How long is each session?
Each session is 50-60 minutes. We’ll decide together how often to meet—typically weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and schedule.
Q3: How much does it cost?
Individual sessions cost KSh 2,000 and couples sessions KSh 3,500, and your initial consultation is free. You can pay securely online when you book.
We understand that cost can be a concern, and we do not believe it should stand in the way of getting support. If you are worried about affordability, tell us during your free consultation and we will explore options that work for you.
Q4: Do you offer online sessions?
Sessions take place over secure video, so you can join from your phone or laptop wherever you feel most comfortable. All you need is a stable internet connection and a private space. Everything you share stays confidential, and we handle your information in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act.
Q5: What's your therapeutic approach?
I use an integrative approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and psychodynamic methods. But really, my approach is about meeting you where you are and tailoring our work to what you need most.
